Get to know your physical preparation coach Kelly:
Working in the travel industry before becoming a physical preparation coach, needless to say, travel has been a huge part of my life.
Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia in 2017 after falling in love with the people and the lifestyle while traveling in 2011.
Days off are spent a little differently nowadays, after becoming a new mum in 2022. I enjoy training (of course), spending time with my family and friends, eating good food and having my “me time” (which usually involves reading, Mount Cootha hikes or a walk along the river with a cheeky iced chocolate in hand).
I love nothing more than seeing my clients unlock their potential and perform at their best. Meeting, connecting and learning about you, your why and helping you smash your goals is the reason I jump out of bed every morning (apart from the whole “being a mum” thing…).
